Girls Festival - March 21-22, 2015   

Boys Festival - March 28-29. 2015     

Eligibility
The Ohio Galaxies FC Youth Festival of Soccer is an restricted tournament and is open to teams registered and in good standing with their USSF affiliated association.  All affiliations may apply.  The Girls Festival will take place on the weekend of March 21-22, 2015 and the Boys Festival will take place on the weekend of March 28-29, 2015.  All age groups listed below will play as part of the Festival.

U8 -   Born between August 1, 2006 and July 31, 2007
U9 -   Born between August 1, 2005 and July 31, 2006
U10 - Born between August 1, 2004 and July 31, 2005
U11 - Born between August 1, 2003 and July 31, 2004
U12 - Born between August 1, 2002 and July 31, 2003
U13 - Born between August 1, 2001 and July 31, 2002

Divisions
Teams will be grouped according to past playing record to make the most competitive divisions possible. The Ohio Galaxies FC Festival Committee will determine final placement. The Committee uses many factors when ranking teams including league division and record, State Cup and tournament results, USA Rank ranking service, etc.

Teams
All teams and players must be USSF affiliated for the current seasonal year. USSF roster and current player cards are required to participate.  Each roster must include the number of the players' jersey participating in the tournament. Notification of travel is required for all USYS teams from outside of Ohio South unless you are a U.S. Club soccer member.

Players and Guest Players
All players must be registered for the current seasonal year. A player may play for only one team during the tournament. Maximum roster size is 12 players for age groups playing 6v6 and 14 players for age groups playing 8v8 and 18 players for age groups playing 11v11.  There is no limit on the number of guest players allowed per team.  Guest players must be registered and have a current player pass.

Format
Each team will play three games with a group champion named based on the results.  No championship games will be played.

U8, U9 & U10 teams: 25 minute halves
U11 & U12 teams: 30 minute halves
U13 teams: 35 minute halves

Playing Site
The host site of this event is the Athletes in Action Sports Complex, located in Xenia, Ohio (15 miles east of Dayton).  With two full-sized NCAA synthetic turf soccer fields and an interchangeable, fully lit, football/soccer field, the sports complex provides the opportunity to comfortably host the Festival regardless of weather conditions.

Participation Awards
All players and coaches will receive a participation award as our thanks for participating in our event. Participation awards will be presented to teams at the conclusion of their final match of the event.

All entries and fees are due February 15, 2015

U8-U10 fee: $350
U11-U12 fee: $375
U13 fee: $400

On-line application
The on-line application process is quick and easy and must be paid by check.  We must receive your check within two weeks of your application or no later than February 15, 2015.  Once your application and fee is received and accepted, the fee is non-refundable.  (If your team is not accepted, your application fee will be returned in its entirety.)  Teams will be accepted on a rolling admission basis, the earlier you apply the more likely of your team being accepted.  Once teams complete their online application and your payment is received, your team will recieve acceptance notification within 2 weeks.

Check-In
Online team check in is required for the festival.  The Ohio Galaxies FC Festival of Soccer requires teams to complete there online check by Monday, March 16, 2015.  The earliest game Saturday begins at 8:00 am. The last games on Sunday will begin no later than 5:30 pm.
