4 Team Division (Round Robin)

4 teams / 7 Games / Min # Games = 3 / Max # Games = 4

Number of Groups = 1

Top 2 teams with the highest amount of points (includes use of tie breakers) after group play advance to finals.

6 Team Division

6 teams / 10 Games / Min # Games = 3 / Max # Games = 4
Number of Groups = 2

Top team from each group after group play rounds will advance to the finals.

8 teams / 13 Games / Min # Games = 3 / Max # Games = 4
Number of Groups = 2

Top Team from each group after group play rounds will advance to the finals.

Primary Scoring Rules & Tie Breaker Order:

Points for win = 3

Points for tie = 1

Points for forfeit win = 3

Points for PK win = 3
Additional Scoring
If more than 2 teams are tied, head to head will be dropped and we'll move to the next tie-breaker

Tie Breaker Rules

Tie Breaker #1 - Head to Head

Tie Breaker #2 - Highest Goal Differential (Points for Goal Differential: up to 4 per game)

Tie Breaker #3 - Fewest Goals Allowed (Fewest goals allowed up to 4)

Tie Breaker #4 - Most Goals Scored (Most goals scored up to 4)

Tie Breaker #5 - Most shutouts

Scoring Example:

Home Score = 5. Points received = 3

Away Score = 3. Points received = 0

Financial Policies:

If the tournament is cancelled for any reason before the tournament begins and before any matches are played, teams are guaranteed a refund of an amount to be determined by the Executive Committee of the Crew Juniors once all invoices are paid and final budgets are approved.

All Entry Fees must be postmarked by August 1, 2014 to guarantee consideration. All late applications will be put on a wait list for review. Upon acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. If your team is accepted and later withdraws, the entry fee is non-refundable and sanctions will be placed against your team/club. Your teams tournament fee will be put toward acquiring a team to fill your spot.
