UPDATING SCORES

Each team official (person listed as the "first contact" on the ITP) will be given permission to update scores for THEIR team and enter the caution/ejection information. It will be important for BOTH teams to post scores online ASAP. Doing so enables the system to show updated standings immediately. If both teams do not "agree" on the score, it is "bumped" from the system and that score/standing will not be shown until NCYSA determines the correct outcome.

Both teams (and referees) are to continue to mail in match reports. Once reports are received, NCYSA verifies the online score and it becomes "permanent" or "verified" online.

NCYSA will be sending access codes to each team later this month.

Please click here for the Association's Agreement.  This Document can be faxed, scanned or mailed.  Postmark deadline- June 6.  Only teams appearing on this agreement will be processed for the Fall Classic Season.

Maps and Directions
If you happen to press the "D" on your schedule and get a blank sheet, then directions haven't been sent to us by the local club. However, if we have a map on file, we've included that (it could be under the "S") and there will always be a Google Map under the "M", provided the club gave us a physical address (which not all did!).

HOW TO UPDATE SCORES AND CARDS (Cautions/Ejections)

By following this link, a short flash video will instruct you in how to access your Team Control Panel, update scores and add cautions and ejections. Once you have updated your game, standings should refresh automatically (or hit your refresh button on the schedule page!).

TEXT MESSAGING

You can sign up for messaging to keep up with the scores of games you can't attend, for scores in your age division.  Once results are entered, you'll get a text of the result!
